Accountable end-to-end
One team carries the brief from first sketch to load-out. When a single crew owns the creative, technical and logistical layers, there is no gap between what was sold and what is delivered.

A production house that builds every part of an event under one roof — so one team stays accountable from first sketch to load-out.
Why we exist
We exist to take the risk out of live events. Our mission is to run every production — gala, conference, wedding or hybrid broadcast — as a single, accountable system where creative intent, technical rigour and budget discipline live in the same room.
That means no brokered hand-offs, no surprise sub-contractors on load-in day, and no ambiguity about who is making the call when the show is live.
One team carries the brief from first sketch to load-out. When a single crew owns the creative, technical and logistical layers, there is no gap between what was sold and what is delivered.
Audio, lighting, LED, draping, stretch sets, décor and furniture are built and run by our own crew and inventory first. Regional partners are brought in only where they serve the client, not to fill gaps we should already own.
Working teams operate from Johannesburg, Cape Town and Durban, with a production HQ in Sandton. We know venue loading docks, rigging limits and municipal timelines before we promise a schedule.
Every production is rehearsed around failure: redundant power, backup playback, spare capture paths and a named on-comms decision-maker. Guests should never know something needed a contingency.
Excellence in every collaboration
Six standards our crew is measured against on every production — written down so you can hold us to them.
VAL/01
Audio, lighting, LED, cameras, décor and furniture come off our own floor with our own crew first, with long-standing regional partners supporting where a build calls for it. One team carries the brief from site visit to de-rig, so accountability never changes hands mid-show.
VAL/02
Every production is planned around what could go wrong: redundant power, spare capture paths, backup playback and a named decision-maker on comms. Guests should never learn that something broke.
VAL/03
Draping, stretch sets and floral work exist to serve the room and the brand — not to crowd them. We cut anything that photographs well but reads cluttered in person.
VAL/04
Line-item pricing, honest crew counts and no discovery costs on load-in day. If scope moves, we re-issue in writing before anything is built.

VAL/06
Compliance, safety files, POPIA-respecting data handling and waste-conscious strike. The venue and the client should both want us back.
From a founder-led studio to a national production house with its own inventory, crew and technical division.
Sean FitzGerald starts Memories Made in Motion, backed by a team carrying more than 35 years of combined in-house event production across South Africa.
First in-house inventory lands: draping, stretch sets, furniture and décor, so core builds run in-house first with regional partners supporting where needed.
Audio, lighting, LED and camera systems are brought under one roof with a dedicated technical crew — hybrid and streamed events become a standing capability.
Multi-day conferences, galas and product launches for enterprise clients, with formal run-of-show documentation, redundancy planning and on-site incident response.
