    1. Step

      Brief

      You share the objective, date, delegate count and budget band. We respond within one business day. Goals, guest count, venue and budget become a clear, itemised plan — nothing is assumed.

    2. Step

      Blueprint

      We return a costed production blueprint with 3D pre-visualisation of the room before anything is committed. Concepts, layouts and a photoreal 3D render of the venue are developed with your team until the direction is signed off.

    3. Step

      Build

      Fabrication, procurement and crew scheduling run through our own production workflow, so the budget and run sheet stay live. Our in-house crew and inventory lead the build, supported by long-standing regional partners where it serves the client.

    4. Step

      Broadcast & Handover

      Show-day monitoring, incident response and a post-event reconciliation pack for your finance team. One accountable team runs AV, staging and logistics from load-in to load-out, then costs are reconciled against the original plan in a clear closing statement.

    We understand that executing premium events, activations, and corporate productions requires rigorous budgeting and capital management. MMIM is developing a structured payment support facility designed to provide flexible, accessible terms for qualifying corporate clients.
