Submit a Rights Request

You can ask us for a copy of your personal information, correct it, have it deleted, object to how we process it, or opt out of direct marketing. Different rights carry different statutory timelines — the one that applies to your request is shown below as you choose.

We email a confirmation link to the address you give us and only action the request once you have clicked it, so nobody can file a request about someone else. For an access request we require proof of identity before any records are released, and records are sent only to the email address we already hold on file.

Request Type *

Access requests are made under PAIA. We must decide within 30 days of receipt (s56), extendable once by up to a further 30 days (s57). Access requests must be made on Form 2 of Annexure A to the PAIA Regulations, 2021, and the prescribed R140.00 request fee may apply — you pay no request fee for your own personal information. Proof of identity is required before records are released.
